Shipping Charges

• For orders up to 1 kg: ₹99
• For every additional 500 grams (above 1 kg): ₹49
• Shipping is handled by India Post.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase.
• Delivery takes 5-12 working days, depending on the location.
• No dispatches are made on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery Process

• India Post is our primary shipping partner, and delivery may take one week to 12 days.
• To ensure fast and confirmed delivery, please provide a complete and accurate postal address.
• If a customer prefers courier services, additional charges will apply based on weight and delivery pin code. Please contact us for courier charges before placing your order.

Tracking & Support

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on order weight at checkout.
• If your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or via email for resolution.
